いつくしみ深い神よ、1月1日の能登半島地震により、世を去った人びとを、あなたのみ手のうちに抱いてください。愛する者を失い、悲しむ人びとに、あなたの慰めといやしがありますように。
いまこの地震の被害を受け、生きることの困難さに直面している人びとと共に祈ります。住まいを失った人、生活に必要なものを得られない状況にある人、病やけがを負った人、心身の不調を感じている人、弱い立場に置かれている人を、主が守り支えてくださいますように。救援のために働いている人を力づけ、必要な支えが届けられますように。わたしたちが心を合わせ、隣人（となりびと）としてのあゆみを起こしていくことができますように。
これらの祈りを、悩み苦しむ者の助け主（ぬし）、いのちの糧（かて）である、み子イエス・キリストのみ名によってお願いいたします。

Prayer for the Noto Peninsula Earthquake of January 1, 2024
Most merciful God, we humbly ask you to embrace those who have departed this world due to the Noto Peninsula Earthquake of January 1, 2024. Your comfort and healing be upon those who mourn the loss of their loved ones.
We pray with those who have been affected by the earthquake and are facing difficulties in their lives. May the Lord protect and sustain those who have lost their homes, those who lack the necessities of life, those who are sick or injured, those who suffer physical and mental discomfort, and those who are in a vulnerable condition. Grant that those who are working to provide relief may be strengthened and that the necessary support may be provided to those who need it. May we all join our hearts and begin to walk as neighbors.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, your Son, the Savior of the afflicted and the Bread of Life. Amen.
